  1. En Prison Rule
  2.      When the En Prison rule is in effect the house edge on even money wagers is reduced to 2.63% in the American version, or 1.35% in the European version.  The En Prison rule works as follows.  When the 0 or OO number is the winning number any players who have even money bets have the option of doing one of two things.  Half of their wager may be returned to them immediatelly and half is taken by the house, or the wager can be left on the bet for an additional spin.  If the wager wins on the second spin the player gets the entire wager back, but if the wager looses on the next spin the house takes it.
  3.     The En Prison rule is very favorable to the player in that it lowers the house advantage on any even number bet.
